Delhi can be safe or unsafe at sometimes. But if you keep a few things in your mind then you will enjoy the whole trip safely. Avoid walking on the streets of Delhi alone in the midnight. You can wear anything in Delhi but mind it where are you wearing in Delhi. For example, wearing short dresses at Hauz Khas or Khan Market can be a good idea but not in Old Delhi or Chandni Chowk.
